Job Title: Experienced Sign Installer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sign Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sign installation, with demonstrated expertise in handling various types of signage including but not limited to exterior signs, interior signs, digital displays, and architectural elements. The Sign Installer will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, contributing to our reputation for excellence in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Install a wide range of signage products including channel letters, illuminated signs, dimensional letters, vinyl graphics, and digital displays according to project specifications and industry standards.

2. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to review installation plans, assess site conditions, and coordinate logistics for successful project execution.

3. Safely operate equipment and tools such as ladders, and power drills.

4. Conduct on-site surveys as needed to assess site readiness, identify potential obstacles, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation, making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal functionality and aesthetics.

6. Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project expenses to support efficient project management and billing processes.

7. Communicate effectively with clients, and subcontractors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction with the installation process.

8. Uphold a commitment to workplace safety by adhering to company policies and procedures, participating in training programs, and promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a sign installer in the signage industry.

2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and installation plans.

3. Strong knowledge of materials, techniques, and best practices for sign fabrication and installation.

4. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions, demonstrating agility, balance, and physical stamina.

5. Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel to job sites as needed.

6. Commitment to safety protocols and procedures, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential hazards.

7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
