The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payrolls for small-sized client companies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of payroll experience, proficiency in specific software applications, and a friendly demeanor with a willingness to learn and grow. Pay Range: $20 - $28/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Collaborate with clients to secure essential information, validating it for completeness and correctness
- Execute data entry tasks and implement required payroll adjustments
- Oversee period-end report reconciliation and confirm the punctual processing of all delegated payrolls
- Engage in quarterly business reviews, fostering and nurturing client relationships
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in Isolved (payroll system), Outlook, Word, and Excel at an entry-level
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- A friendly demeanor, with an eagerness to learn, and a commitment to professional growth
