Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 DOE
Responsibilities

• Create and manage spreadsheets for financial reports (daily cash, commission, freight tracking)
• Analyze freight costs and manage FedEx expenses
• Conduct month-end close processes
• Prepare for future budgeting responsibilities
• Learn all departmental tasks and eventually oversee AP/AR processes

• 5-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in ecommerce or distribution
• Experience as Assistant Controller or similar role
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Desktop is essential
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Inventory Systems, and specialized systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
• A team player with a desire for cross-training and collaborative work across departments
