Duties
Responsibilities :
Serves all alcoholic beverages in accordance with all state
regulations and alcohol awareness training standards.
Prepares drinks in a timely manner; beverages are
presentable and photo ready.
Has extensive knowledge in wine and spirits and actively
makes suggestions to patrons and answers any questions.

Properly washes all bar dishes used during assigned shift. Puts

Consistently keeps bar area clean and always maintains
department’s safety / sanitation standards.
Maintains complete knowledge of locations of all required
items.
Leaves area clean and stocked before going on break and
