About Us:

Botrista is a VC-backed, growth stage, SF based beverage technology company providing beverage solutions to foodservice operators to deliver a variety of craft beverages, including infused teas & lattes, flavored lemonades, iced coffees and more! Botrista enables consumers to gain access to healthier freshers everywhere they go. Food operators can now offer customizable and personalized refreshers without the investment in a full bar. Botrista has ~150 employees globally and is awarded as BEST CALIFORNIA B2B STARTUP in 2023. Botrista has the most beverage robots deployed among the space since its commercial launch in 2021.

Position Summary:

We seek an organized and detail-oriented marketing professional to support our trade show marketing efforts. As the Events Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand's presence through a diverse range of events, and pop-ups. Your versatile skill set will be crucial in orchestrating impactful and seamless interactions that engage potential leads, nurture customer relationships, and amplify brand awareness. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will focus on deepening partner relationships and enhancing customer engagement through creative marketing experiences at trade shows.

This is a temporary with the potential for a full-time role. It requires adaptability, collaboration, and a passion for creating memorable connections.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for events. Collaborate with event managers, operations team, and sales team to coordinate all logistical elements, from timelines, to designing booths, menu development, packing pallets, and beyond.
  • Oversee packing and shipping of all trade show materials - marketing collateral, equipment, booth displays, etc. Coordinate with a shipping company for delivery.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align event strategies, ensuring effective lead generation and conversion.
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Manage coordination of PR, social media, and other marketing communications surrounding the shows
  • Collaborate with the team to craft compelling event messages, invitations, and promotional materials to drive pre-event excitement and attract attendees.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure events and experience success. Create reporting to evaluate ROI, lead generation, and brand impact.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of immersive brand experiences and pop-ups to expand brand reach. Manage all aspects from presenter coordination to logistics, including, registration, technical setup, and post-event follow-ups.

Candidate requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of event management experience, ideally within startups or consumer goods sectors.
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Independent worker who can navigate evolving priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to lift 15-20 lbs when packing pallets to be shipped to each event
  • Willingness to travel to ~25 events a year for on-site support.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.

Salary Range:

  • The base salary range is $100,000 - $120,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your experiences. This position will be eligible for bonuses and stock options.
