Job description
We are looking for resources to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, develops new business from existing clients, and actively seeks new sales opportunities.
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. A competent Account Manager should be flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertain to your firm and clients. Their main responsibility is to make sure a company’s customers are happy, and some of their specific daily duties include:
Role:
Candidate should have good experience with Recruitment & Staffing Industry.
· communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed
· Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
· Responsible for the growth of the existing accounts by reaching to other client’s business units.
· Perform performance review of the employees who are working with the client.
· Plan and set up goals to improve the employee's performance.
· Resolve client complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
· Responsible for the conversion of the existing client business from payroll mode to direct vendor by creating the presentations, reach out the client partners, build success stories.
· Make sales and service calls on a regular basis to established client accounts.
· Acts as the liaison and conduit between company and our client companies
· Prepares bids or estimates for clients as necessary
· follows up on bids or estimates submitted to client to determine whether orders can be filled
· Maintains frequent contact with recruiters to discuss the availability of field staff employees by skill categories and to anticipate clients’ needs
· Responsible for working well with others and maintaining positive attitude within a team environment
· Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
