Guest Service Representative
Sign-on bonus: $1,000 for Full-Time / $500 for Part-Time
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Job Description
As a BDT Guest Service Representative, you will work at our Prudential, Museum of Science, and/or New England Aquarium departure locations. You will be working both indoors and outdoors fulfilling a variety of support roles.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and courteously sell and collect Boston Duck Tour tickets
- Sell BDT merchandise
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Notify Guests of availability of tickets
- Provide customer service to all Guests
- Set up and clean work areas
- Restock merchandise and information displays
- Safely board and disembark Guests from the Duck Boats
- Clean the Duck Boats
Schedule: Full-time and part-time, seasonal positions from mid-March through November with year-round benefits. Full-time positions work four, 10-hour days. Weekend availability required.
Reports to: Guest Service Manager
Qualifications
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy in cash handling
- Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and comfortably speak English
