C4I IT Project Manager, Lead

You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• 8 years of experience with DoD C4I including with the Navy Program, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
• Experience with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development and using the Program Budget Information System (PBIS)
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and procedures, systems engineering, program architectures and solution design, and development of technical roadmaps
• Ability to work independently while working across a diverse team
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 10 years of experience with DoD C4I
• Experience with the military in Navy surface and air warfare
• Experience with security classification guidance standards
• Experience with software development and delivery models
• TS/SCI clearance
• Mater's degree
• PMP, CCNA, or CSEP certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
