Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including asset managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee the release planning process, including defining release schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful deployment of project deliverables in alignment with business priorities and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into project requirements as needed.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts within the project team and with external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Digital Technology PMO to ensure alignment of project goals, adherence to governance standards, and successful integration with other ongoing digital initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification (or equivalent) required; additional certifications in [relevant area, e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Six Sigma] preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on [relevant projects, e.g., software implementation, process improvement].
  • Strong knowledge of [relevant software or tools, e.g., CRM systems, ERP software].
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • General understanding of renewable energy (or other industries focused on saving the planet) and their related technologies is a plus.
