Bonavista Management is growing, and we are searching for Regional Property Managers to oversee property portfolio and the exceptional teams that manage them. The portfolios with opportunities available are primarily in Seattle adjacent cities. We manage all types of properties, with a focus on new construction over the past eight years most at <10yrs old, they are between 30-100 doors, and offer typical floorplans and amenities of those constructed in Seattle over the past 10 years. Our Regional Managers must be dynamic problems solvers to prosper and provide our clients with the best results the market has available. We have immediate opportunities available and a significant amount of flexibility when defining roles, schedules, and the work experience for our teams.
Regional Property Manager:
Regional Property Manager is responsible for the planning and oversight of an assigned portfolio of properties. They will have experience and proven record managing a diverse portfolio of properties. Leadership at Bonavista starts with communication and hands on work and produces results through hard work and attention to detail. Regional Property Managers have direct oversight of Property Managers and related roles to ensure their portfolio is operating within all guidelines and following the budgets and plans set with our clients.
