Bonacio Management is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Saratoga Springs, NY
Bonacio Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. In this role, you will provide support to the Property Management team in overseeing the AP process for our properties.
Duties:
- Accounting Support
- Monitor credit card usage, reconcile bank and vendor statements, and process vendor invoices.
- This includes entering vendor invoices, processing payments, and maintaining records in relevant software systems.
- Includes processing EFT payments to vendors as directed and maintaining control file of all vendors online access information.
- May also include assisting in monthly billing process.
- Vendor and Insurance Tracking
- Set up and maintain vendor information.
- Track vendor insurance certifications.
- Key contact for vendor inquiries.
- Records and Document Management
- At the direction of management, property management, and maintenance, draft and monitor all vendor contractual agreements, associated billing, and expirations.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems related to vendor contracts and vendor communications.
- Other assigned duties as requested.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in accounting or related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Ability to learn new software
