Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients team as a Accounts Payable Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing project and cost accounting functions for the company. Reporting to the Project Accounting Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to ensure seamless financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Efficient and accurate processing of invoices, handling a substantial volume of invoices ranging from subcontractors to professional services.Prompt handling of urgent matters within the accounts payable process.Assistance with month-end close activities, including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.Weekly processing of payments via NetSuite, as well as managing wire/ACH payments and bank transfers.Collaborating with Project Management and Construction teams to streamline purchase order processing, cost tracking, and variance analysis.Liaising with the Structured Finance team to meet lien waiver requirements and develop a robust tracking system.Assisting with various tax filings, including sales and property taxes.Supporting year-end audits and fulfilling ad-hoc requests from management.
