Bold City Orthotics and Prosthetics is Hiring an Office Manager Near Jacksonville, FL

Job Overview:

Bold City Orthotics and Prosthetics is a locally, female owned company established in 2023. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a team approach to patient and employee well-being.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self motivated and responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our growing office, ensuring efficient office procedures and developing plans for further growth.

Responsibilities:

- Honor company mission statement and values
- Maintain and organize office files and documents
- Answer phones professionally and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Handle basic human resources tasks such as employee onboarding and scheduling
- Manage office schedules and appointments
- Assist in developing and maintaining an online presence

-Develop and implement training programs for office staff
-Manage and supervise office administrative staff, including receptionists and clerical workers

Skills:

- Strong team management abilities, including excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of human resources practices
- Proficient in clerical duties
- Effective schedule management skills
- Understanding of medical terminology preferred
