Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the office
- Handle monthly invoicing
- Manage and maintain office schedules, including appointments, meetings, and events
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures
- Handle onboarding of new employees
Qualifications
- Experience in office management or a related field
- Detail oriented and a self-starter with strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software applications (Quickbooks)
