Bohler is looking for Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) to join its employee-facing Operational Services Team (OST). Bohler’s OST includes business support functions like Strategy, HR, Communications, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Finance. OST ensures smooth day-to-day operations by meeting the needs of our diverse employees and enabling them to provide exceptional service to our clients.
As Director of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will partner with leaders to build a PMO from the ground up that will provide leadership for the internal project management functions of strategic, operational, and OST projects having a large impact on the firm. This role will oversee the direction of all PMO resources to ensure consistent project delivery, enhanced visibility, and continuous improvement of project management practices.
