Bodies in Motion Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, responsible, and enthusiastic administrative assistant to join our Falls Church Clinic. This is a full time, permanent position available immediately. Please note: this position is not available for candidates looking for a temporary summer job.

Ideal candidates for this position will have excellent customer service and communication skills and will be comfortable in a professional, fast paced work environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Greeting and scheduling patients
• Answering telephones
• Entering data into the electronic medical record system (currently WebPT)
• Collecting and posting patient payments
• Verifying insurance benefits
• Obtaining insurance authorization as needed
• Providing general support to the physical therapists, Front Office Supervisor, and Clinic Director as needed.

Skills:

• Working knowledge of office equipment, including computers, scanners, printers and phones
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Prior experience working with WebPT or any other EMR is a plus.

Our clinic is open Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Fridays, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Newly hired team members will be expected to work a minimum of two to three evening shifts following their training period.
