Bobcat of Indy is introducing a new sales role within our company, focused on representing Bandit and other related products. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience within our industry. They will be a go getter and will be able to learn our variety of different product lines we sell. Responsibilities
Maintains excellent customer relations.
Contact existing and potential customers for the purpose of marketing parts.
Provide customers with in-depth knowledge of equipment supplies, in-stock equipment, and merchandise.
Develop strong working relationships with existing customer and seek opportunities to build new ones.
Improving the sales process through good communications across branch departments.
Team player working across department to support branch activities.
Qualifications
Strong background and experience in construction equipment and products preferred
Must be outgoing, reliable, and a problem solver with strong interpersonal communications skills
Ability to cold call new sales leads
Typing and use of computer for quotation generation
Organizational ability to schedule and follow-up dedications and meet deadlines
Sense of urgency and high work ethic
Good communication skills and safe work habits
High school diploma required
Working knowledge of equipment operations
Conform with pre-employment, random and reasonable suspicion drug screens, as required by DOT
