Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to provide technical support to customers
- Assist with tire service, air brake, and diesel engine repair inquiries
- Upsell products and services to customers to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
