Summary:
Ivex Protective Packaging is major supplier of foam packaging materials. With our recent growth, we are seeking experienced production associates to join our growing production team.
Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
The Material Handler is primarily functioning in the warehouse areas of the manufacturing plant. The position combines computer work, various warehousing equipment and forklifts in a team environment to achieve challenging production goals. The main responsibility of the material handler is to load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand and/or forklift. The loading and unloading of trucks
Requirements:
* Ability to accept and communicate instructions in a positive manner
* Ability to apply knowledge learned
* Strong organizational skills
* Willingness to work overtime as needs arise
* Maintain a good attendance record and report on time
* Properly complete all paperwork required
* Promote a safe, quality and productive work environment for all team members
* Preferred tow motor experience , but not required
* Cross training of other positions to cover on an as needed basis
Pay Rate: $16.50 hrly
