We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Technical Project Manager to join our Martech Team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements for Martech integrations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a contact for external vendors and technology partners involved in marketing technology integrations.
  • Evaluate vendor solutions and assist with the implementation process to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource utilization. Identify opportunities for automation and standardization to drive operational excellence.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Possess a strong understanding of marketing technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and data management solutions. Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in the marketing technology landscape.
  • Document integration processes, data flows, and system configurations to ensure clarity and consistency across all integrated marketing technologies. 
  • Create comprehensive documentation to support troubleshooting, maintenance, and knowledge transfer.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years hands on experience with Marketing Technologies (Marketo, CRM, DemandBase, CVENT).
  • 2-4 years of project management experience, specializing in Marketing Technology projects.
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and project prioritization skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision. 
  • Excellent attention to detail.
