Essential FunctionsThis role assists with program projects, government relations, industry relations and public engagement aspects of the McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine. Oversees all aspects of planning, design, and execution of assigned projects and coordinates with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables under the guidance of assigned supervisors. Assists in timeline development, ensures adherence to timeframes, and adjusts project deliverables to avoid issues.
Performs limited budgetary functions (as needed) and administrative tasks. Assists with external consultant and vendor selection, negotiation, and management. Assists with website and all social media engagement.
Physical EffortMostly sedentary. May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
