BMSS Advisors & CPAs is looking for a relationship focused Recruiter to join the HR Team in the Riverchase office. This position will be responsible for building collaborative relationships across all divisions of the organization.

Summary: The Recruiter is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Human Resources and works closely with other members of the HR team. This role will need to be in the office to facilitate interviews and the exceptional candidate experience.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, and a resourceful and driven professional to contribute to the overall growth and experienced talent acquisition of the Firm.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience. Previous experience in the world of public accounting preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Self-starter, highly organized, detail oriented, and can follow a proven process.

This role will:

• Be responsible for coordinating each step of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • includes managing ATS job listings, applicant screening, interview set up, facilitating all interviews in the office, and debriefing with all involved in the interview process to make a final decision.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and methods to attract top talent in public accounting.
• Manage job postings - including societies, LinkedIn, and other specific industry career boards.
• Attend community and industry events as a representative of BMSS.
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees in the Birmingham offices.
