Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent sourcing, talent management, and employee evaluation. This is a full-time position based in our office.

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and talent management strategies
- Experience with employee evaluation processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and employees
- Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
- Familiarity with lead generation methods for attracting passive candidates
