Bluehawk Consulting is Hiring a Technical Program Manager Near Seattle, WA
- Maintain the team's operating cadence through communication to stakeholders, management of key performance indicators and project meetings to report key performance metrics (technical, cost, schedule, and risk).
- Generate boards/tools necessary for project and product health to demonstrate results.
- Performs scrum master role for product teams following agile development methods, including defining and executing team sprints.
- Work with teams to deep dive challenges and bring forward ideas to remedy. You don't have to define the fix but guide the team to one.
- The primary work is to identify challenges in the internal manufacturing process and work with component owners to resolve the concerns yielding the benefits.
- 3 years in Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer, Defense, Industrial or similar industries, executing design or production of mechanical/electrical assemblies.
- 3 years of experience in technical program management, managing requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, and cost.
- 3 years working directly with design for manufacturability, build to print, modified off the shelf.
- 5 years working directly with engineering teams to bring products from concept to production.
- Experienced at collecting and synthesizing information from multiple stakeholders and translating data into project requirements, scoping, and planning documents.
- Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile, MS Project, P6 Primavera, or similar.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, U.S. Permanent Resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a Refugee or granted asylum.
- More of the above experience.
- Aerospace experience, for engine experience.
- Product delivered with concerns for propulsion, vibration, shock, EMI/EMC, acoustics, electrical grounding/bonding.
- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (various), Business, Operations Management, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
