Territory Manager

We have created the Blueprint to sales success that will arm you with the tools, skills, and techniques that lead to long-term career success. We combine classroom training with hands-on, real-life situations that allow you to apply these principles in real time. You will also work with your teammates and manager to practice and observe these skills so that you can hone your craft. After your initial training period, we provide weekly sales trainings so that you continue to learn the most up to date products and services, and how they apply to each industry we service.

The Role

Acting as the first touchpoint in the sales cycle, you will research potential customers in your territory

  • Strong Understanding of a sales process and ability to manage a sales territory including prospecting, cold calling and managing current accounts.
  • Ability to identify client needs, provide solutions and overcome objections.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to bounce back from rejection.

A typical day at Blue Technologies includes:

  • Researching and creating a targeted list of prospects who can benefit from our products and services
  • Reaching out to your list of targets to generate leads and identify sales opportunities
  • Growing and strengthening relationships with your current customers
  • Consulting business owners and C-Level executives, finding solutions to fit their needs
  • Utilizing Salesforce to update client notes, manage pipeline, and track leads to accomplish sales goals
  • Presenting our industry leading product line at client sites or at the Blue Technologies Demo Room
  • Setting and reaching personal goals

In this role, you will do well if you are outgoing, pursuasive, and enjoy friendly competition. You have a knack for meeting new people, building relationships, and enjoy learning about different types of businesses. You are flexible and like the variety of having clients in every industry imaginable. You love being on the go and cannot stand sitting at a desk all day.

Compensation

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
