Focus:

  • Lead a team of divisional managers directly, with indirect oversight of all divisional employees.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligning with the company’s mission and strategic vision.
  • Formulate HR plans to bolster business operations objectives effectively.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive/senior management on organizational and management matters.
  • Collaborate with executive management to establish robust management succession plans in line with company strategy.
  • Devise comprehensive strategies for recruitment and retention to meet strategic human capital needs.
  • Design and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits plans.
  • Provide overarching leadership and direction to HR functions globally, encompassing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations including EEO, FLSA, FMLA, and ADA.

Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR degree preferred. Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including executive roles. International HR experience and relevant certifications desirable (SHRM-SCP/CP, PHR, SPHR, OR GPHR)
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset coupled with problem-solving proficiency.
  • Effective supervision and leadership capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Skilled in mitigating legal risks.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
