Established medical spa seeking a temporary PT Front Desk Associate.
We are looking for a self-motivated person to assist with our front desk.
Who we are:
We are an established medical spa with over 17 years of experience in injectables, lasers, various skincare treatments. The work environment is supportive, and staffed by a tight knit work family. We encourage a healthy work-life balance.
We are seeking someone with the following qualities:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Exude positive attitude at all times
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and service goals without pressuring patients
- Appointment scheduling experience with Zenoti software a plus
- Familiarity with medical spa treatments a plus
- College students are encouraged to apply
- Experience with Social Media a plus
Hours, Availability, and Compensation:
- PT hours, 8-24 hours per week
- Must be available every Friday, and cover vacations as needed
- DOE. Competitive with incentives.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
