Blakeney Pediatric Dentistry is Hiring an Experienced Dental Assistant Near Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take dental x-rays
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Perform dental receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Maintain infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe dental environment

Requirements:
- DA2 Certificate from a CODA accredited program or 2 years of dental assisting experience
- Coronal Polishing certificate or willing to obtain
- Nitrous Oxide certificate or willing to obtain
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Proficiency in Curve dental software (preferred)
- Experience working with pediatric patients (preferred)
- Bi-lingual is a plus!
