A Commercial Project Manager oversees the construction of new commercial buildings, ensuring successful project execution from inception to completion. They play a pivotal role in coordinating resources, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute commercial construction projects
• Determine project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Allocate resources (time, cost, labor, materials) efficiently
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maximize profitability
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction activities
• Hire and manage staff, contractors, and subcontractors
• Building & Maintain OPS and Near Term Schedules
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available as needed
• Provide guidance and supervision to project team members
• Assess project progress, performance, and adherence to schedules
• Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, including clients and management
• Address any delays, emergencies, or issues that arise during construction
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
• Monitor safety protocols on-site to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Advanced understanding of construction processes, materials, and tools.

• Excellent leadership abilities and time management skills.
• Clear communication and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Problem-solving capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
