The Project Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the construction of a variety of structures such as buildings, roads, and bridges. The Project Manager will also be responsible for evaluating projects, developing budgets, and liaising with contractors and clients.
Software : AutoCad Civil 3D & OpenRoads OR InRoads / Geopak / Bentley MicroStation.
Skills : Commercial site Land Development OR Transportation OR highways OR Roadways OR Drainage exp
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar field
- Must have Either P.E OR E.I.T
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in project management, design, and construction of civil projects.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and building codes.
- Background in any of the fields Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Transportation Engineering, and Land Planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
