Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report financial data.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports and budgets.
  • Assist with tax preparation, audits, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to create detailed budgets for construction projects.
  • Evaluate production costs and monitor expenses.
  • Review purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
  • Coordinate, manage, and record all required project meetings related to financial matters.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between accounting and project teams.
  • Maintain vendor and customer records.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
