The Commercial Construction Project Leader will be required to oversee the production of several commercial construction projects. The leader is responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven working experience in construction management (minimum 5 years or degree) is a must. Commercial not Residential experience is preferred.
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Reliable Transportation, preferably a vehicle that can haul materials if needed

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Oversee all superintendents to ensure each job is staying organized and on budget.
• Maintain project schedules/timelines through gantt charts
• Coordinate all trades for scope of work
• Review and manage budget costs for assigned projects
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections as needed
• Submit daily logs and progress photos
• Approve and sign Change Order Purchase Orders in our construction management system
• Upload progress photos thorough software daily logs by the end of each business day
• Request draw payments, per draw schedule completion phases listed in PO agreement.
• Notify Project Manager of additional work outside of the original contract scope (i.e. Change Orders)
• Must provide own contraction work crew for all projects - Crew must be willing to travel
• Must have General Liability Insurance
• Must be willing to travel out of state as needed.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
