Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in outside sales or business development
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze market data and identify customer needs
- Technical sales experience is preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in using CRM software to track sales activities
