OVERVIEW:

Program Management – NA Technologywill own the end-to-end cross functional management and execution of strategic programsdriving the Digital Transformation of in the North America Tech organization. You will be asked to lead the elevatedprograms driving the digital transformation and in doing so becomfortable consistently assessing trade-offs, risks and making decisions withimperfect information across multiple workstreams.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will have close partnership withthe Portfolio, Product, Program and Strategy functions across the company, atthe Geo and Global levels. You will work closely to coordinate with key teamson dependencies across the portfolio. You will communicate and work frequentlywith business partners and stakeholders.

 WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will assess andunderstand needs and coordinate teams and resources needed to execute thosespecifications. You will lead the program and have oversight of its executionand development. You will partner to drive the end-to-end timely, on budgetexecution of the programs, actively engaging key business and technologyportfolio partners to ensure opportunities, risks and issues are understood andaddressed. You will co-create and develop communications of progress andportfolio reporting and analysis activities.

Requirements

• 5 years of leadership experience in program management, management consulting, strategy or a related field with particular focus in Technology
• Formal training in project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications
• Proven success in portfolio management and large-scale, cross-functional program delivery from strategy to execution
• Experience running and executing multi-million-dollar budgets across multiple platforms and business functions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to challenge the status quo
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
• Delivery experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strategic Enterprise Thinking
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
