WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

As a Senior Program Manager you will manage criticaldeliverables across cross-functional teams that include Digital Product,Marketing, Global Technology, and NDDC; to ultimately enable iterativeend-to-end delivery of value to our consumers. You will instill a positive teamculture across all partners, encouraging teams around a common goal of fuelinginnovation in organization.

Atypical day/week includes program managing priority programs across keyfunctions, running all intake and implementation for that area, and sharing keyinsights/findings/roadblocks with the cross-functional leadership team.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role will report directly into a Director of ProgramManagement under the Central Agile Program Management organization and willbelong to the broader Direct Digital Product team. You will partnerclosely with a large amount of cross-functional teams to lead and driveend-to-end programs. Above all, you will be a steadfast champion for the needsof our Digital consumers.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5 years of experience in program management, Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, and Asana project management software preferred
• Experience navigating global cross-functional, networked teams
• Bias toward action, solutioning, and driving results
• Exceptional collaboration, listening, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in leading & driving organizational changes (people, process, tools)
• Experience working on complex programs in the digital space
• Expert experience developing and managing stakeholder engagement, operating models, work back schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks, and change requests
