We’re seeking a Marketing Manager/ Sr. Manager, to join us in our mission to decode life languages with AI and computational methods.

As a member of our Marketing team, you’ll work closely with R&D product development and commercial teams to drive product storytelling, campaign development, and go-to-market strategies for our platform and solutions. You will play an integral role in communicating the scientific and business value of our offerings to potential customers.

What you’ll do:

• Define the customer journey, working with the team to develop appropriate messaging and marketing campaigns to deepen brand engagement from awareness through acquisition to advocacy
• Collaborate with R&D and leadership team to understand competitive dynamics to deliver compelling value propositions and product positioning
• Help drive the development of go-to-market strategies for the company’s platform and create effective internal and customer-facing materials that clearly communicate the value of the platform
• Draft and edit written and graphical content such as drug discovery case studies, white papers, videos, website copy, and blog posts
• Spend time in the market gathering qualitative feedback from clients and developing a deeper understanding of industry-wide opportunities and challenges from industry events

What you should have:

• At least five years of experience in B2B marketing, product or segment marketing targeting the biopharma industry, or significant industry drug discovery experience in a medicinal or computational chemistry role
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related scientific discipline
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Robust skills with MS Office, and Google Suite
• Familiarity with computational modeling or drug discovery informatics is a plus
• Domestic and international travel up to 10%
