We are seeking a full-time Account Manager focusedon supporting and growing strategic partnerships for our Residential Channelsales team. As a sales leader, you'll accelerate the sales growth of Powerwall with our existing B2B national key accounts and distributionpartners focused on growing energy storage in the residential market space. In addition, you'll onboard new national distributionpartners, strategize and implement national training initiatives, and cultivateand grow these partnerships on both the local, regional level as well as thenational, holistic level. This is anexciting career opportunity in a fast-paced environment that requires wearingseveral hats. Past experience managing B2B strategic relationships is amust and previous experience with electrical/solar/energy storage distributors ishighly encouraged. Besides a rock-solid work ethic and a strong team-orientedpersonality, leaders on our team display excellent communication skills (internaland external) creativity, passion, and a desire to break new ground in aconstantly shifting landscape. The sales superstar that we're looking for willwork remotely but should ideally live close to a major airport. Travel is animportant element of the role and will be required to grow and evolve thebusiness relationships of our clients.
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
$64,000 - $258,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
