Responsibilities:
We focus on legendary customer service, and we take pride and great care in every service we provide to our customers and their family. The Lining Sales Executive performs a variety of office and field functions, including:
- Demonstrate ability in closing deals.
- Experience using strong oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals and groups in a clear, concise manner.
- Demonstrate experience evaluating business processes and/or experience in working with structured workflow in a building trades environment.
- Demonstrate ability to analyze information, policies, and procedures, and to identify and apply effective strategies.
- Formulate creative solutions to new or evolving issues or situations.
- Maintain records accurately and follow projects to completion.
- Organize workload priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be flexible to respond in stressful situations to unexpected job demands with frequent interruptions and minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate ability to utilize sound, independent judgment and respond quickly to emergency situations.
- Anticipate needs and make independent decisions where precedent may not exist.
- Identify market trends, research organizations to determine where marketing dollars would best be spent, and work within the company budget.
- Ability to work efficiently as a team member and foster positive relationships with co-workers and clients.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in B2B Sales required
- Strong problem-solving ability and listening skills with attention to detail
- Clean driving record
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
- Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).
