• Work with management and team members to promote the company's culture, reputation and philosophy
• Respond to new projects with the Lead Technician within company's scheduled time windows.
• Have a complete understanding of all metering tools (thermal camera, penetrating and non-penetrating, thermal hygrometer, etc.)
• Conduct an initial assessment to determine the extent of the damage, the scope and strategy to remediate the project for mold, sewage, fire and water losses.

• Moisture map and sketch a project accurately, share the scope of work with the client, insurance adjuster and project manager.
• Be proficient in selling jobs and signing work authorizations
• Document project through photos, notes and field reports. All documentation to be turned in to the project manager and the office staff.
• Saves samples of materials removed and supply to the project manager.
• Keeps vehicles clean and stocked with required materials and equipment allocated to a project.
• Accurately track and account for materials used on and equipment allocated to a project
• Lead all restoration efforts on each project giving clear and concise instructions to all other team members working on the project.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace, free from obvious health and safety issues for the customer and staff members.
• Other duties as assigned

• 2 to 3 years' experience required
• Water damage restoration required.
• IICRCWRT Certification preferred.

• While performing duties of the job the employee may work aloft, climb, bend, pull, reach overhead, stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms.

• Travel to a variety of work-sites every day.
• May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness.
• May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels.
• May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust.
• May be required to work in confined spaces or from high heights.
