- Knowledge of Medicare, Section 8, behavioral health, addiction counseling, or other relevant areas
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques
- Familiarity with community resources and services
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
