We are currently searching for a caring, compassionate person to serve as a Case Manager/Resident Care Coordinator. 

The Case Manager would serve as a liaison between our residents and benefit entitlement providers such as Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, Disability and private insurances. Experience navigating these systems is highly desireable. The schedule for this position would be Sunday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. through 5:30 p.m.

As Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) you would oversee personal care services and staff. The RCC should be able to recruit, hire, train, coach and supervise the personal care staff. This includes ensuring that ADL (Activities of Daily Living) plans are developed and adhered to for all residents. He/she would also maintain payroll records and the weekly staffing schedule.

Qualifications:

One (1) year experience in long term care or assisted living

Supervisory and management experience-Will train the right candidate!

Ability to multi-task and to direct the work of others

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Has good organizational and time management skills

Experience with seniors preferred
