Promenade at University Place is searching for a marketing star to become their Admissions Coordinator.
The Admissions Coordinator leads the sales and census development of the community. As a representative of Promenade, the Admissions Coordinator is expected to help foster a positive atmosphere in the community and lead the sales responsibilities including selling the community to the general public through discovering, finding and delivering qualified leads.
Additionally, the Admissions Coordinator should possess the ability to develop relationships with area rehabilitation centers, hospitals, discharge planners, health care professionals and community business leaders. A candidate with a proven track record of developing these relationships is the key to success.
The Admissions Coordinator would oversee all move-in responsibilities including completing/obtaining all required paperwork through communication with all appropriate parties (residents’ family, physician, etc.); ensuring that the room is ready for move-in and conducting the resident’s orientation to the home. They would also be responsible for ensuring each resident’s successful move-in and transition to life in his or her new home.
