We are currently hiring a Weekend Case Manager, to work in our Housing Office. As the Weekend Case Manager, you would be responsible for: 

• Reviews all intake information for new referrals 
• Perform housing office intake assessments of each new tenant
• Organize and facilitate support groups and social and recreational activities
• Attends meetings and advocate on behalf of the clients and the program
• Conduct case conferences with other case managers 

Weekend Case Manager Minimum Salary: $20.00

Weekend Case Manager Maximum Salary: $20.00

Weekend Case Manager Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree
• 1-3 years of related experience
