The Bigeye team of strategists, account managers, creative directors, copywriters, designers, programmers, and operations professionals works closely with clients to better understand the needs of their consumers and deliver measurable results.
JOB OVERVIEW
This position serves as a supporting role on an account, focusing on client communication, scheduling meetings, handling agendas, and assisting in client presentations.
Occasionally, the Associate Account Manager may handle small accounts independently, but most often is paired on a larger account with an Account Manager.
The Associate Account Manager tracks project budgets, handles client invoicing, monitors project time frames, and ensures adherence to the scope of work.
The Associate Account Manager works on the Account Team and reports to the Director of Client Services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Outstanding communication and emotional intelligence are a must.
The ideal candidate loves people, is engaging in conversation, comfortable on the phone and in person, creates small talk easily, and comes across as a confident, articulate business partner.
Must be able to smoothly navigate occasional difficult client communication, and be an eternally optimistic problem-solver.
Possesses strong attention to detail and time management skills, and an ability to balance the priorities and needs of multiple time-sensitive projects.
Loves checking off a to-do list. A self-motivated taskmaster who is capable of getting a myriad of small tasks done to support larger projects.
Is detail-oriented, extremely organized, able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Remains open to feedback, and is willing to learn and grow.
Is a driven, energetic, and positive thinker. A collaborative team player who’s willing to go above and beyond when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
