Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This position provides exemplary administrative support to the sales team. The Sales Coordinator is detail-oriented and will contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The candidate will help facilitate the team's activities in order to maximize their performance, and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. This candidate should have excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Administrative and Sales Support:

• Provide administrative assistance to the sales and marketing teams, including handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, creating banquet event orders to send to clients, and assisting in managing group blocks.
• Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
• Coordinate site visits for potential clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
• Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budget management for marketing initiatives.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales or marketing support role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
