Founded in 1973 by Allen Gelin and Neil Drees, Air Flow has earned its reputation among its customers in the commercial, industrial, and institutional marketplace. Air Flow has over 35 employees and operates out of a 54,000 square foot facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We represent over 50 manufacturers of HVAC equipment and thousands of individual products.
Air Flow is looking for a sales coordinator to assist both Inside and Outside Sales with the duties below:
Main Functions of this Role
- Quotes and Orders
- Manage Order Acknowledgements, Shipping Data, and Tracking Information
- Organize Operation and Maintenance Documents
- Manage Building Supply Orders and Stocking (Paper, Office Supplies Janitorial, Beverages, Printer Supplies), Phone System, and Files (mainly cloud storage
- Warranty Issues, Return Authorizations, and Freight Claims
