Best Friends Pet Hotel in Carmel, IN is looking to hire a Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for those with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Best Friends Pet Hotel is the leader in pet boarding, grooming, daycare, and retail. We currently operate 30 locations in 14 states nationwide and are a great company to start your long-term career in the pet industry with. Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are the first and last impression our customer gets of our business, the face of every center. The right candidate makes a good impression on the phone and in person to every pet and pet parent, and builds long-lasting relationships with new and old clientele. To this end, the CSR must present themselves and the center in a clean and professional manner at all times and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile!
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
Required experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year
Essential Job Functions:
- Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general
questions
- Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Maintaining cleanliness

- Data entry
Requirements: Covid vaccines
: Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Computer skills

- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to utilize multi-line phone

- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Able to handle dogs on leashes
- Display professional manner at all times
