We currently operate 30 locations in 14 states nationwide and are a great company to start your long-term career in the pet industry with. Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are the first and last impression our customer gets of our business, the face of every center. The right candidate makes a good impression on the phone and in person to every pet and pet parent, and builds long-lasting relationships with new and old clientele. To this end, the CSR must present themselves and the center in a clean and professional manner at all times and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile!
