We Are Hiring:

Willowbrook is a rapidly growing specialty pharmacy seeking an organized and detailed oriented team member to join our healthcare team.

Business Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6PM

Schedule: Day Shift - No Weekends! Full Time - 40 hours per week

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Required: High School Graduate (or equivalent)
• Required: 1 year of customer service
• Required: Drug test
• *Medical experience is a plus*

Key Responsibilities:

-*_Primary Main Duty_*: Making outbound calls and answering inbound calls from our valued customers. Cashier duties.

• Answering inbound and making outbound calls
• Assisting with incoming/outgoing shipments
• Maintaining shipment supplies
• Assists in receiving and stocking procedures
• Performs store maintenance including but not limited to taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining stock room
• Frequently operate cash register and interact/assist customer
• Responsible for cash handling procedures at register

This job description is not all-inclusive. Additional responsibilities will be determined by Managers, as dictated by store needs.

Essential Job Functions:

Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Be punctual and reliable

Ability to stand for extended periods

Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and places/removes merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet

Frequently position self to kneel, bend, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor

Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers and coworkers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
