Job Summary 

This individual shall have familiarity or experience using military and civilian workforce personnel and manpower systems, to include Contribution-based Civilian Appraisal System (CCAS).

Clearance Requirements 

There is a Secret Security Clearance requirement for this position. 

Essential Functions/ PWS requirement 

1. Analyzing workforce data on size, certification, professional development, demographics, experience, retention, retirement.
2. Analyzing AcqDemo program data across the Air Force and measures, metrics and trend analysis on consistency and usage of funds within the CCAS annual reviews.
3. Analyzing data on initiatives within the acquisition workforce development fund to determine usage and return on investment of initiatives where measurable in systems.
4. Studying, analyzing, and providing data analysis and metrics to assist in preparation for briefings and other products such as human capital strategic plan, forecasting training requirements, and forecasting accession requirements.
5. Any other tasks closely associated with the performance of duties list above and as coordinated with the COR. 

Required Skills, Qualifications & Certifications 

Civilian Education:

• Master of Arts/Master of Science (MA/MS)
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of MA/MS degree

Experience:

• 10 years’ experience
• 4 years’ experience working on workforce management, training, or career field management.

Have familiarity or experience using military and civilian workforce personnel and manpower systems, to include Contribution-based Civilian Appraisal System (CCAS) and be proficient with MS Access.

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Certifications 

• US Military Educational Level (MEL) IV, Command and General Staff College or equivalent
