Essential Functions/ PWS Requirements
Performing research, analysis, and assessments of information technology systems.
Providing technology and process road maps that indicate how, when, and at what cost technologies (hardware and software solutions) and other process improvements may be
Providing technical and operational recommendations.
Analyzing existing and future automated information systems.
Supporting data management, data migration between systems, Verification and Validation, data improvement, and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) - related projects and reporting.
Maintaining, developing, and analyzing planning, scheduling, and management data.
Researching and analyzing program trends, identifying issues, and recommending solutions.
Assist with implementation of program requirements
Providing recommendations on the allocation of funding, establishment of program goals, objectives, and schedules, and the formulation of program direction.
Identifying and researching programmatic issues and tradeoffs in terms of required capabilities, costs, and schedules.
Reviewing and evaluating the impact of Federal, DoD, and U.S. Air Force (USAF) policies and activities that affect Air Force Contracting Business Systems Division programs and capability areas.
Performing administrative duties such as maintaining calendars, managing travel arrangements, setting up and maintaining file plans, maintaining records, and executing administrative policies, greeting visitors, and answering phones. Typical duties also include receiving and managing correspondence, and action item tasking and tracking including monitoring deadlines and reviewing correspondence for correctness.
Any other tasks closely associated with the performance of duties list above and as coordinated with the COR.
Required Skills, Qualifications, & Certifications
Clearance:
Current Secret Security Clearance
Civilian Education:
Master of Arts/Masters of Science (MA/MS)
Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years relevant experience may be substituted for a Masters Degree
Experience:
Profcient with Federal and DoD e-business contracting systems
Experience with Standard Procurement System, ConWrite, Automated Contract Preparation System (ACPS)
Desired Skills, Qualifications & Certifications
US Military Educational Level (MEL) IV, Command and General Staff College or equivalent
